JUST HAVING A LICENSE TO FLY AND YEARS OF GOOD FLYING IS NOT ENOUGH.  WE MUST ALWAYS STAY FOCUSED. IT ONLY TAKES A FEW SECONDS OF LOOKING AWAY TO LOSE OUR DIRECTION.

I HAVE PUT TOGETHER A SERIES OF FLYING LESSONS TO KEEP ME AND YOU FOCUSED AND HELP US RE-FOCUS WHEN THE WAY IS LOST.


MANY TIMES DURING A BREAKDOWN WHILE I LAY IN THE FETAL POSITION I HAVE REACHED OUTSIDE MYSELF AND SPOKEN TO ME AS IF I WAS SOMEONE ELSE AND SAID THE THINGS I NEEDED MOST

THE POWER THOUGHTS SURROUNDING OUR PERSONIA BECOME WOUNDED AND LITERALLY FEELS LIKE OUR INNER HOUSE IS BEING BURNT DOWN


THE BOOKS AND VIDEOS I MADE TO HEAL MYSELF DAILY WILL WORK FOR YOU THE SAME AS IT HAS FOR ME

KEEP IN MIND IT TAKES ABOUT 10-15 YEARS TO TRANSITION INTO A CONSTANT STATE OF HEALTHY BALANCED WHOLENESS

EVEN THEN, WE WILL STILL NEED TO STAY FOCUSED, YET NOW IT WILL BE MUCH EASIER TO PULL OURSELF UP FROM A NOSE DIVE

EVEN NOW IT IS A CONSTANT STATE OF MIND I MUST DEFEND

MANY HAVE ATTACKED MY SELF ESTEEM AND LEFT ME FEELING WOUNDED, YET I REALIZE IT IS REFLECTIVE AGGRESSION AND OTHERS ARE MOSTLY ATTACKING THINGS THEY DONT LIKE ABOUT THEMSELVES

STILL WE HAVE TO GET RID OF ALL SELF-DESTRUCTIVE ATTITUDES

KNOWING WE ARE ATTACKING OURSELF THROUGH OTHERS WHEN WE FEED BAD, HATEFUL AND ANGRY ENERGY TO OTHERS IN OUR ENVIRONMENT 


SOMETIMES WE DONT EVEN KNOW WE ARE DOING IT, EXCEPT FOR THE REFLECTION OF OUR OWN ENERGY FROM OTHERS


NO ONE CAN REALLY SEE ANYONE ELSE

WE ONLY SEE OUR OWN MIND

THE THINGS WE HAVE FED OURSELVES THROUGH THOUGHT AND WHAT WE FOCUS ON AROUND US


I HAVE PUT TOGETHER A COMPLETE WORK I WISH TO SHARE WITH YOU

SINCE THEN I HAVE SEARCHED DAILY FOR MEDICINE, HEALING IDEAS, PRACTICES AND THINGS TO FOCUS ON TO KEEP MY MIND AWAY FROM DESPAIR AND SUICIDE
